Meet Dr. Jess:
Dr. Jess (she/her) is a naturopathic physician specializing in integrative mental health, with a deep commitment to treating the mind and body as an interconnected whole. She focuses on understanding how the nervous system develops and interacts with other bodily systems to support healing and resilience. Her practice incorporates bodywork, mindfulness-based somatic processing, and a whole-body approach to care. She uses both a medical and mental/emotional lens to understand a patients full experience.
Dr. Jess works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, chronic pain, PMS, PMDD, PCOS, and sleep issues, among other conditions. Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Jess has always felt at home in the Pacific Northwest. She earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and International Studies with a minor in Chemistry from Oregon State University before serving in the Peace Corps, where she worked on public health initiatives. Inspired by her experiences, she pursued a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and a Master’s in Integrative Mental Health at the National University of Natural Medicine.
Jess identifies as LGBTQ herself and is passionate about providing sex positive, poly and gender-affirming, trauma-informed care that is inclusive and attuned to the diverse identities and backgrounds of her patients. She is dedicated to supporting individuals in healing from relationship trauma, managing chronic stressors, and cultivating resilience in both body and mind.
